Chelsea got a great result against Athletico destroying them 4-0, it certainly looks like the transfer ban hasn't affected them much if at all, they lost last time out in the Premier League against Villa and lost top spot for the second time this season. This is a good opportunityto regain it before their main rival has a tough game at Liverpool on Sunday.

Blackburn are about where i expect them to finish this season middle of the bottom half, This is a very tough game for them after narrowly beating Burnley at home last week they have both Chelsea and Manchester United away in their next 2 league games

Mystic Jarv predicts 2-0 to Chelsea

You have to back Chelsea. It's a bit strange them leaving out Ricardo Carvalho for the Champions League but their defence has been found wanting in recent games. They've been all over the place at set-pieces. But this can be easily rectified.

Blackburn had a good win against Burnley at the weekend but on the road their record is not great. They play direct football but I don't rate their chances this week.

Verdict: 3-0

2-0 Chelsea, they were on fire on Wednesday, this blackburn team aren't picking up many points away from home either so should be a straight forward win.

I have been offered a ticket to this game for nothing so hopefully there will be plenty of goals and would love to see Blackburn nick some sort of result.

Blackburn played well at the emirates and if they got the blatant pen at3-2 might of been a different result but I can't see them coping with Chelsea long balls will play into chelsea's hands and with the drog playing like he is you've got to back them in this one.

I reckon 3-1 to Chelsea
