Love the new UI.

Will take some time getting used to though.

can't believe how much quicker the game is, took me about an hour to get through all of pre-season, probrably because there is only 1 main league loaded but still thats pretty fast which was one of my main gripes with 09 having to wait for it to load all the time.

got as far as the Community shield (which i won) will play some more tonight see where i get to, Bought Silva and Akinfeev

I want to write a review for the blog to go live just before the release date but i want some other comments and views from people, anything at all

what you like, what you dont

Also i'm writing a long article of what i'd like to see in FM 2011 to get original content up there before anyone else so if you ahve any thoughts of what is still missing from FM2010

Being able to ad or remove leagues mid game. Now THAT would be class. I have found myself loading hardly any countries, to find my computer could handle a lot more, to running too many to render it almost unplayable. And for longer running games, taking off a few countries would be a great help. I have a game in 2035 at the moment, and its painfully slow. Managed to get my rep up to World Class, so I think it would be safe to take off the League of Ireland, Wales etc etc.

I really like the new interface, it just seems really clean, its just getting used to where everything is again. Have not had a lot of time to play it but it seems a lot easier to play and get the tactics right than last years, ad transfers seem alot more realistic. Have a game as Utd going and have signed Dzeko for £15m, David Silva for £28m and Vargas for about £8.5m. Oooh and the press conferences are a lot better now.

What I would like to see are scouts that actually scout properly, clubs not rejecting silly fees for players (have read on the fm forums that Valencia will reject bids of over £100m for Villa) and i want the farrows and barrows back, its so much easier trying to get your wingers to cut in to the box when the arrows were in the tactics then it is now with the sliders. Also it would be nice if when playing in the lowers leagues, blue square n/s, conference etc, that technical play would be rewarded, rather than just trying to sign everyone who is strong and fast and playing long ball.

That's good news, no doubt they'll appear on torrent sites soon. :ninja:

For those that haven't bought it anyway.

My friend is currently downloading what he thinks is FM2010, he's not finished it yet and it's new so there's no way to find out if it's going to work or not.

If anyone wants to give it a go, drop me a PM and I'll ask him to send me the link for you.
