For Reedo

Image

No clean sheet in 9 games and in the last 3 games i've had a 4-4 and 3-3 draw.

I was 4-1 down to City and 2-0 down to Arsenal and went 3-2 up.

This made me want to turn the game off. My first defeat in 27 games.

Unlucky mate, but one loss in 27 aint bad.

I'm top of league 1 with the Gills, but lost my best player in the January window. Magnus Eikrem went to Everton for £2.5m after the chairman stopped in and accepted the offer. He'd got 15 assists and 5 goals in 25 appearances, gonna be a huge loss

It was a good run however at 3-0 down I think it would of hurt less if i'd just lost the game 3-0 rather than getting back in to the game and then losing 4-3.

I rejected a bid of £43m for my right winger from United. Goes by the name of Ronaldo. He's wanted out for 18 months now but he's got 3 yrs left to run on his contract. They came in at £43m. £13m upfront £30m over 18 months, I changed it to £50m over 48 months but they wasn't having it and withdrew there bid.

£2.5m is a massive fee for a club in League 1. Get 2 or 3 in on free transfers and exploit the fact you can have as many 3 month loans as you want!

It was a mental fee, and tbh I would've taken the £2.5m if the chairman hadn't done. Was amazed I managed to get Eikrem to join in the first place, and got half a season of sheer brilliance from him. Those 25 games he was averaging over 8 a game!!

Should get into the Championship this season. Made 5th round of FA Cup, went out in 1st round of League Cup, and have the Johnstone's Paint Trophy final to play.

Have applied and failed to get the jobs at Villa, Arsenal, Liverpool, Fulham, Spurs, and West Ham... not that I'm disloyal or anything

I had a mental CL final vs Arsenal. 2-0 until the 80th minute then Vidic gets himself sent off ( ). I'm thinking ok we can just go ultra defensive for the last ten minutes and ride it out. Walcott scores in the 82nd minute then Nasri equalises in the 92nd. I'm fuming with Vidic, thought he'd thrown it away for us. Extra time we had to go for it, couldn't sit back as they'd batter us. Fletcher was now filling in at CB and I had a midfield three of Ando, Nani and Griezmann with Wayne and Dimitar up top. Just changed to more direct passing and asked them to stick to their positions. Ended up winning 4-2  . Fletch also finished the game with a rating of 9.0 after being on 7.2 at half time, he did admirably filling in at CB.

Won the treble that season, beating City 2-0 in the FA cup final.

Have just brought in Thiago and Affelay on free's and signed Bale for £16mil. Ended up releasing Scholes, Nev and Edwin.

My season review with the board - very happy with me...the one negative is the fans being unhappy with me selling Gibson for £5mil  .

I'd won 6 on the spin without conceding before a 2-2 draw at the Valley, and a 2-0 defeat at Blackpool in the cup.

Playing a 42121 formation, with 2 defensive midfielders sat in front of the back 4. It aint necessarily pretty, but it's pretty effective.
