Reedo you been watching?

This Van Gerwin vs Lewis game is turning in to one of the epics.

I sure have.

Barney v Whitlock last night was brilliant, I enjoyed that match more because I like both of them.. and they were both immense.

Barney one of my sporting heroes, glad he's on a decent run at the moment.

Looking forward to the semi tomorrow v Taylor, if he carries on the way he has played lately then it should be a classic.

van Gerwen is a loon, not sure if I like him or not, seems a bit too over the top at times, but I also like it as well. I'd like him to beat Wade.. a Barney v MvG final and a repeat of the final of that tournament about 6 weeks ago would be a cracker.

Yeah yesterdays game was a cracker too. I think Barney will do Taylor tomorrow. He's in the better form but with Taylor you can never write him off. I didn't want Lewis to get another title so i'm glad he's out. Only himself to blame though missing two darts at tops.

I can't see Wade causing van Gerwin any problems tomorrow.

Barney has grown on me. He's showing so much passion in his interviews at the moment.

Just seen something that more than likely will never ever happen again.

Wade made a match of it eventually but Van Gerwin has to be favourite.

Not sure, I've only seen a few but don't recall a T19 being used.

I think I'd have exploded if he got that second one.

If he'd got the 2nd it would have been possibly the most spectacular 4 minutes of TV ever.

Yeah I don't think i've ever seen the T19 being the 6th dart normally the 8th.

Taylor made himself look a little bit of an idiot afterwards but I guess the emotion got the better of him.

I think van Gerwin will actually hammer him.

Taylor saying he has a cold and for once he sounds genuinely scared of his opponent.

Taylor is a classless idiot, and he shown his true colours there.

Then when asked about it "nothing happened" - what an attention seeking gobsh*te.

Shame Barney started slow, he had Taylor there.

van Gerwin is by far the class of the field at the moment. If he starts off finding his doubles fast on Tuesday we could be in for a thrashing. If Taylor is beaten by 5 sets or more I think he may retire.

I don't follow darts... What was all that about at the end?

It looked to me as if Barney wanted to wish him the best of luck with the final and Taylor rejected his best of luck wishes because of stuff said pre-match. Barney prematch said he doesn't fear Taylor. Taylor has got the 'big I am' about him because he's the greatest dart player ever and can't deal with the fact the passing of the torch is approaching. He's been no where near his best at the tournament and it scares him that he's going to become an as run in tournaments soon. I'd like him to retire now and retire at the top. Winning the title would be a fitting way to go out. I just can't see him getting through past van Gerwin.

The only hope he has is coming out and winning the opening 2 sets. van Gerwin is prone to being temperamental and throwing away darts in pressure situations.
