Two of the bottom 3 meet in Hull and neither will want to lose, Portsmouth have been playing better than their results show but you don't win anything by playing nice football, just ask Arsenal fans, Portsmouth really have to win this game .

Hull also really need to win this game, I personally will be astounded if Hull are a premier league club next season, i could and have said the same for Portsmouth but they apparently have cash to spend in January to strengthen the squad, whetherit's too late or not will depend whether they can get anything from this and other games.

Hull never looked like scoring against Fulham and really struggled. At least they have improved in their home games.

Pompey have played better than their results suggest but both teams are at the wrong end of the table. I think they'll be both down there at the end of the season as well. This game is a 24-pointer! I'm seeing this as a relegation dogfight already!
