Burnley have a great record at home, 100% in fact and they will need to continue that to survive this season or start picking up a few away from home. The question is if they do lose at home will it destroy their form and confidence but i'm betting 12 points from their first 9 games, they'd have taken that at the start of the season. Were a quarter of the way into the season more or less so they need to continue that points to games ratio and they'll be easilly safe.

Wigan are a bit of an enigma beating Chelsea and then losing to Hull and will need to find some form and pick up some points. I believe they will stay up as there are at least 3 worse teams than them but they will do well to win this weekend.

Mystic Jarv predicts 1-0 to Burnley

Did you remember to take her tights off?

 yeah right.

Reckon this as a Burnley win too, their home form's been superb and Wigan have been a bit erratic. Wouldn't be that surprised if Wigan get something from this, but I'm going Burnley by the odd goal.

It has been a strange season for Burnley and they have shown they can beat the best on their home turf. They have great belief at Turf Moor.

Wigan have been improving of late. They are very strong, forceful and quick on the break. Burnley will sneak it, though.

Verdict: 2-1

finishes 3-1 to Wigan, Burnley should be worried now, they have to hope that now they've lost at home they can still do well there, that or need to start picking up points away
